Two NCC "Specialist" Cadets who just graduated from the recent Phase Specialist Course that some of you all attended really what i feel disgraces NCC. This type of behaviour is really not good as they are not Sergeants and somemore just passed out. I really want to warn all my cadets and also my Specialist and also myself that when wearing NCC uniform outside of the school. Please show more standard and discipline as look at what happened, at anytime, the public would just take a photo of you all and post it on the web and there you go. NCC reputation is tarnished and who knows if they managed to fidn the school, even more worse. Please think before you act outside of school when wearing NCC uniform.
